the house is settled at the side of a small village near the town of Arandjelovac, Serbia. The idea was to design a space that is not connected to the existing infrastructure, except for the road that connects the lot with the main road Donja Satornja - Kragujevac. The beautiful view and untouched nature without people and also the design that gives all the comfort of modern living and lots of points and open space for hanging out, making parties, or simply enjoying the loneliness and quiet times are the main characteristics of this space.

The total area of the residence is 475 sq.m. on two stories. but the main usable space of the house is on the entrance floor plan level, about 390 sq.m.
With very specific characteristics of the lot, with the narrow front, about 25 m and angled terrain at almost all of its length, it was a real challenge to make a functional and well-organized space within the lots' borders and, at the same time, to meet the clients' needs for a large total area of the house.
The architectural style of the house is contemporary with the elements of local tradition.

house designed for two (father and daughter) should be able to meet daily requirements of modern life and allow much-needed rest from constant busy city life. It is planned to design this premise for temporary lodging, i.e. weekends, but also to have in mind that this small family should live here from time to time. due to complex requests and needs of the investor, it was obligatory to carefully balance living surfaces in order not to disturb the required comfort which is expected from the premises of this kind. It is possible to achieve a high level of comfort since the premise will be built in a city suburb which automatically allows various possibilities for a quieter life. the location itself with its dimension, shape, and disposition allows more relaxed...

located in at large city residential area, on the corner of two streets, the house has good surroundings and gives possibilities for a peaceful life. In this reconstruction of the house, one upper floor was added with its dimension extended compared to the lower floor. also, the complete exterior reconstruction was proposed with this project. the current function of the first two floors remains.

modern house with elements of simplicity in the functional use of space as the form. the object is defined under the terms of the location and needs of the client. the concept of materialization consists of three visual identities of the building, part of transparent glass facades, the indoor facility that is part of a massive wall surface defines the nearest neighbors, as well as part of a semi-open facility that is the entry of the house.
